Refund POLICY

At Tifiras Design, we are dedicated to bringing the soul of Moroccan heritage into your home through our curated collection of artisanal rugs, furniture, and decor. We understand that finding the perfect piece is a journey; therefore, we are pleased to offer a 7 day exchange or refund on all regularly priced items in their original, unused condition excluding bespoke (made to order) products and items.

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return for your order, please contact us at returns@tifirasdesign.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

We kindly ask that our clients:

Package the product securely in its original shipping condition.
Cover the return shipping costs.
Once your package is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed immediately.

Important Exceptions

To maintain the integrity of our artisanal process, please note the following:

Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned.
Custom & Made-to-Order: Any pieces crafted specifically for our clients or to unique custom specifications are final sale.
